Two fixes. The release preview now tells the truth for pull requests that release code and
docs together, and the UI bundle no longer shows & where a page attribute contains
&. Existing sites only get the new preview wording by running docouture upgrade.
Do this
-
Update every
@inditextech/docouture-*package, and the CLI if you install it, to1.3.2. In a scaffolded site these are pinned indocs/package.json. -
Run
docouture upgrade, review the diff, and commit.github/workflows/. See CLI.
No playbook or content changes are needed.
What changed
-
Fix: the docs release preview misled on combined code and docs releases.
docouture-release-preview.ymlsaid a pull request withdocs/releaseandrelease-type/would release the docs on merge, and that a pull request withrelease-type/alone would not release them. In fact the docs are released when the code release publishes a GitHub Release. The preview now says so, explains what to do when no Release is published (failure, draft, pre-release), and points to runningdocouture-releasemanually. See main:guides-releasing-a-documentation.adoc#combined-releases. -
Clearer preview comments. Every comment now says what happens, why, and what to do. A missing or invalid
docs/.release-versionon a pull request that also hasrelease-type/*now says the docs release fails when the Release is published, after the code release has gone out, not on merge. -
Fix:
&shown as&. The hero, home hero and navigation labels no longer double-escape&in page attributes.
