Docouture

Contributing

docouture is developed at InditexTech/docouture. Contributions there follow the repository’s own guide, not this scaffolded site’s — the summary below is what actually applies; see CONTRIBUTING.md in that repository for the full text.

Before contributing

  • Sign the Contributor License Agreement (CLA) — required before any code contribution is accepted.

  • Install just, asdf, and the pinned Node/https://pnpm.io[pnpm] versions the repository’s own README.md documents.

Workflow

  1. Open an issue to discuss the change first.

  2. Fork, branch, and make the change.

  3. Run just check (lint, typecheck, formatting — what CI runs).

  4. Update code/CHANGELOG.md’s `[Unreleased] section — required on every PR touching code/**, unless labelled skip-release for a change with no user-facing effect.

  5. Open a pull request linking the issue.

Contributing to this site specifically

If what needs fixing is a page under docs/ (this site, not docouture itself), that’s a normal docs PR against whatever repository this site was scaffolded into — see Adding a page for the mechanics, and AI-First approach's docouture-documenting-changes skill for keeping content in sync as the underlying repo changes.
