Presidio PII scanner

cerbia.presidio.scanners.PresidioPiiScanner uses Presidio’s English NLP analyzer and the en_core_web_sm spaCy model. Install cerbia[presidio] before using this class path.

The scanner returns the highest Presidio confidence as risk score and exposes match spans for the detected entities. Empty text and texts without entities produce risk 0.0.
