Karate Tools Migration to 6.0.0 - JDK 25

To migrate to 6.0.0, the following changes must be applied:

.tool-versions:
- maven 3.9.4 to maven 3.9.14
- java temurin-21.0.4+7.0.LTS to java temurin-25.0.3+9.0.LTS

pom.xml:

Update java version properties:
- <maven.compiler.source>25</maven.compiler.source>
- <maven.compiler.target>25</maven.compiler.target>
- <java.version>25</java.version>
Update karate-tools version property:
- <karatetools.version>6.0.0</karatetools.version>
Update testing plugins version properties:
- <maven-surefire-plugin.version>3.5.6</maven-surefire-plugin.version>
- <maven-surefire-report-plugin.version>3.5.6</maven-surefire-report-plugin.version>
Update build plugins version properties:
- <maven-dependency-plugin.version>3.11.0</maven-dependency-plugin.version>
- <exec-maven-plugin.version>3.6.3</exec-maven-plugin.version>
- <maven-compiler-plugin.version>3.15.0</maven-compiler-plugin.version>

Add the following property and plugin configuration to the pom.xml:
