cerbia-cli provides the cerbia executable for validating configuration
files and running configured pipelines. Install the distribution directly or
select the cli extra from cerbia.
Install and run
pip install cerbia-cli
cerbia validate config.yaml
cerbia scan --config config.yaml --text "Text to scan"
validate parses the YAML file and constructs its pipeline without scanning
entries. scan runs the configured pipeline, with optional --text or --file
overrides for input.
Command outcomes
scan exits with status 0 for a safe result, status 1 for an unsafe result,
and status 2 for usage, configuration, or handled execution errors.
validate exits with status 0 when the pipeline can be constructed. Both
commands accept log-level and log-file options.
Use the CLI for repeatable command-line runs. For Python applications that construct and run pipelines directly, see cerbia-core. The product-wide CLI reference documents command behavior; the quickstart shows the maintained example configuration in use.
